Convenient location next to freeway and casino, clean and spacious room make my stay comfortable, free food breakfast save my time between trips

Hotel was very clean and had a good location off freeway and near restaurant. Shopping was just 2 minutes away.

Great front desk service, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Most importantly location is close to eateries and entertainment also the freeway.

Great rooms, the beds werent comfy for me, had to sleep on the couch, which turns into a bed, in order to get a restful sleep. Stayed here 2 weeks ehile in town for business. Only one night got woken up by some rowdy young adults in the parking lot having a midnight footrace. A call to the frontdesk and they took care of it within minutes. The gym is actually very nice, 2 stationary bikes, 2 elipticals, and several treadmills all with tvs, built in fans, etc. had a great lil all in one machine, 2 benches, slew of dumbells, leg press machine, row machine, yoga balls, mats, elastic bands, a couple kettle bells and the gym is open 24hours. Theres wipes to wipe down the machine after you done using it but saw just about everyone else not wiping there equipment down so recommend wiping it down before you use it. Springhill suite does NOT have a pool but i was told we were allowed to use the pool at townplace suites which is in the same parking lot just the next building over. First i checked with my front desk and they said yes just ask their front desk to let you into the pool area. I go and check with their front desk and he lets me in no problem. I come back the next week and go to towneplace to use the pool and the front desk member gives me the 3rd degree having to go ask his manager if its ok and when they said yes they still said im lucky cuz they just had a bunch of people check out like they were doing me a favor. The next day different front desk person doesnt ask for permission but rolls her eyes when she comes out from the desk and says just so you know we dont allow springhill guests on fridays and saturdays. I understand that they would have rules on this but why did it take 3 visits to hear them all, it really made me and my family feel like an inconvenience to them. Keep in mind this is in regards to the towneplace staff and NOT springhill staff. Although I do wish the 2 communicated better or simply allow our keycards to open their pool area. Regardless it was a great stay. Just keep in mind springhill does not have a full kitchenette, it only has coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen sink.

This is a good hotel. Perfectly situated behind Chili's although Happy Hour every evening was packed; typical for Chili's. Overall it is a good value for the price. Free breakfast, updates rooms with appliances and features. There are multiple choices for breakfast. The rooms and spacious and accommodating for business trips offering WiFi and an exercise room if desired.

We stayed for 2 days. We are lifetime platinum members and felt super comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful when we needed anything. The kitchen lady was amazing and brought our fresh quiche and walked around to make sure anyone that wanted some had a fresh one. My husband loved those and was really impressed with that.

Despite a group booking mishap. David (General Manager) was able to turn things around. Sure appreciate the stellar customer service. Honestly, service trumps sometimes the amenities and the room itself when things go wrong and how management resolves is very important especially arriving at 1am is extremely stressful already to find out your room was cancelled. We arrive at 1am and front desk morning staff was courteous despite room rate issues and cancelled res issues, but was able to find us a room-Thank you!. The room was spacious and and very clean and bed was comfortable. Location is very close to everything needed and quiet. This is our fourth yr visiting the area for a tournament and first time at this establishment. Despite no pool available and no outdoor sport court still a very comfortable stay. I would recommend and will stay again if pool and outdoor court is not a must have for your stay.
